Kreca FR rigid board for high temperature furnace insulation
Kreca FR is a rigid fibrous carbon material made from pitch-based carbon fibre felt. It is available in flat plate, disc and cylinder as well as other forms and is widely used as heat insulation material in high vacuum and inert atmosphere furnaces that perform heat treatment, sintering and crystal growing. It can be operated at temperatures up to 3000°C.
Kreca FR rigid board is available in various dimensions and custom-designed forms. Optional surface finishes include lined with Kreca paper, graphite foil, Kreca cloth, or OS coatings.

Kreca® Chop (chopped and milled carbon fibres)
Kureha Chop chopped fibre is available carbonised (at 1000°C), or graphitised (heat-treated at 2000°C), in a range of lengths and diameters.
Chopped fibre can be used as an additive to various products to provide reinforcement, wear, anti-static, heat or corrosion resistant attributes. Brake pads, plastics, rubber and concrete products are some of the areas in which these fibres are used.

Kreca Sliver/Yarn
Kreca Sliver/Yarn is a three-strand thread with anti-static properties. Its main applications are in gland (braided) packing and as support material for heat insulators.
Kreca Cloth
A woven carbon fibre fabric, its main applications being as a laminating material and as base material for C/C composite.
Kreca Felt
Kreca Felt is a soft felt made from either pitch or rayon. It offers excellent heat and wear resistance. The main application of pitch-based Kreca felt is heat insulation for vacuum furnaces. The main application of rayon-based Kreca felt is in filters.
Kreca Sheet
C/C composite used for heat-resistance and surface protection.
Kreca Paper
Kreca Paper is a carbon fibre paper used in sintering trays, as a base material for C/C composite and as a material for electrodes.
